ASAP – AIDS Strategy, Advocacy and Policy – is a small company working with associates around the world who share a clear commitment: to end AIDS and to end poverty. It’s within reach, well the ending AIDS part.

The site design centers on great typography, I used Erik Spiekermann’s Meta and Meta Serif, and great copy, for which we worked with Text Jocky. We use Typekit to deliver the fonts.

Every time somebody puts a magazine on a phone now and doesn’t put it on to a web app [a form of open software] you know we lose a whole lot of information to the general public discourse – I can’t link to it, so I can’t tweet it, I can’t discuss it, I can’t like it, I can’t hate it.

The main site is flash, there is an iPad/tablet version along with a page for mobile and a private site the company uses with clients. The tumblr page is styled to match the brand.
